What data we process
When you write to us through the contact form or a listing enquiry form, we process the data you enter: name, email, phone number (optional), what you are interested in and your message.
We do not collect any other personal data through this website. There is no registration, user accounts or newsletter.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data from the form only to reply to your question, property enquiry or consultation request.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the box in the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by email; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.
How long we keep the data
We keep your message while handling it and then for no longer than 12 months, so that we can follow up on earlier communication. After that, we delete it.
Who has access to the data
We do not share your data with third parties for marketing and we never sell it. We use the following processors to run the website:
- Cloudflare, Inc. – website hosting and spam protection for the form (Turnstile),
- Resend, Inc. – delivering form messages to our mailbox,
- WebSupport s. r. o. – our email mailbox provider.
Cloudflare and Resend are based in the USA. Data transfers are protected under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising.
Google maps on the Contact page and on listings load only after you click “Show map”. Once displayed, Google may set its own cookies according to its privacy policy. “Open in Google Maps” links open Google Maps in a new window.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data,
- have incorrect data rectified,
- have your data erased,
- restrict processing,
- data portability,
- withdraw your consent.
Just send us an email. We will reply within one month at the latest.
If you believe we are handling your data incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, dataprotection.gov.sk.
